Chief Executive Officer
Sébastien joined Punch Powertrain in 2020 and is currently serving as Chief Executive Officer. In this role, his goal is to lead the company’s expansion across global markets with innovative hybrid and electric vehicle propulsion solutions.
Prior to his current role, Sébastien was active within Punch Powertrain as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and EV Propulsion Business President for over two years.
In addition to his vast experience in sales, operations and management, Sébastien’s expertise are propulsion systems for electric cars. He was formerly Regional General Manager for Borg Warner’s PowerDrive Systems business unit in Europe, driving the electrification of the product portfolio. Previously he had an extensive career with Valeo, holding regional leadership roles in China and South Korea.
Sébastien holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from E. I. T., Ingenieurs de Tours and an INSEAD Executive MBA in international business.
Chief Technology Officer
Gaspar has been Punch Powertrain’s Chief Technology Officer since 2020. His objectives are developing and executing the company’s technology roadmap to meet the powertrain technology needs of automotive OEMs worldwide.
He gained broad experience in the Renault Groupe, where he held various roles from Head of Manufacturing and V-P Powertrain Programs Director to Executive Vice President of Global Product Engineering. Gaspar has led R&D organisations numbering 12,000 people. His expertise includes global automotive product development, process excellence, and lean manufacturing operations.
Gaspar holds a Master’s Degree in Aeronautics from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and a Diploma in Advanced Management Program, Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School.
Joint Ventures CEO Punch Powertrain-Stellantis
Michel is Chief Executive Officer of the joint ventures between Punch Powertrain and Stellantis since 2022. He heads PSA e-Transmissions nv, Punch Powertrain PSA e-transmissions Assembly SAS and its Italian site.
He has built a strong track record for operational and transformation leadership in the automotive industry. Previously Michel was President French Operations/SVP OMDD Europe – Sustainability Officer Europe at Toyota Boshoku Europe. Prior roles included Product Line Managing Director for Torque Convertors, Dual Dry Clutch and Dual Wet Clutch transmission at Valeo, where he led 3,500 people globally.
Michel holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering as well as post graduate diplomas in Applied Management for Technologies and Instrumentation, Applied Physics, Mathematics, Science, and Management from the University of Metz.
Chief Financial Officer
Terence joined Punch Powertrain in 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. His objectives are leading company’s global finance organization, developing and executing the financial strategies to drive profitable growth and deliver on overall financial objectives of the group. He also oversees enterprise risk Management and stakeholder management with financial partners.
Terence has built a strong track record in reengineering the finance function to support the business requirements. He joins Punch Powertrain from Envision AESC Group, Japan where he held the position of Executive Vice President of Finance and drove the financial processes around acquisitions, accomplishing smooth cross business integrations. Prior to this, Terence has held senior Finance positions within Johnson Controls, Lear, Delphi and Eaton, after starting his career as financial analyst at 3M.
Terence holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Webster University and has completed Executive Management programs from CEIBS and Michigan Ross School of Business.
Industrial Director
Hans has been DT1 Business Leader and Industrial Director of Punch Powertrain since 2021. As the head of the DT1 unit, he is driving growth of our DCT products in India and other global markets.
Hans has built a track record of innovation leadership and project management, while working at Philips and its subsidiaries. He held the position of Manager of Manufacturing Systems and Technologies at Philips Innovation Services, was Regional Development Manager at Philips Lightning and with his teams successfully introduced several new products to market in both electronics, lighting and automotive industries.
Hans holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from KU Leuven and a postgraduate diploma in driving strategic innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Vice President Business Development
Thierry joined Punch Powertrain in 2020 as President in Asia-Pacific. In 2023 Thierry was appointed as Vice President Business Development. In this role, his goal is to grow our business, market share and expand our APAC activities into new product categories – in the field of hybrid and electric vehicles.
He has executive leadership experience in the automotive industry across Asia, and especially in China. Prior to Punch Powertrain, Thierry was the Chief Executive Officer of Renault Brilliance in China, where he had oversight of its product quality transformation. He previously was the Chief Operating Officer at Goodbaby Group and China General Manager at Faurecia, in addition to other leadership roles in Europe.
Thierry holds a Dual EMBA Degree from Marseille Euromed and Shanghai Jiaotong University. He also has an Accounting Degree from CNAM.
Chief Operating Officer
Juan Carlos joined Punch Powertrain in 2020 and is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, his priority is to execute the company’s business strategy and plan by overseeing the operational functions.
Prior to his current role, Juan Carlos was active within Punch Powertrain as Chief Purchasing and Supply Chain Officer for over three years. He is currently still acting in this role, in addition to his COO position.
After having started his professional path as Production Control Manager in Nissan he focused his career in Purchasing, holding several key executive positions in international Tier 1 companies such as Valeo, Plastic Omnium and Faurecia Seating.
Juan Carlos earned his Master’s in Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology, and holds several postgraduate diplomas in management and operational excellence from INSEAD.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Yves has been Punch Powertrain’s Human Resources Director since 2011. He works on expanding our team with the best talent in the industry, and in this way, complements our growth strategy.
He acquired human resources experience in Robert Bosch where he drove their recruiting strategy, gathering the right professionals for the company’s growth.
Yves holds a Master’s Degree in Labor and Organizational Psychology from KU Leuven.
Chief Quality Officer
Steffen has been Chief Quality Officer of Punch Powertrain since 2021. His goal is to advance change management to achieve world class quality and customer satisfaction standards globally, through agility and a continuous learning culture.
With global experience in quality management and operations leadership roles, Steffen has a proven record for embedding best-in-class quality practices and continuous improvement tools in corporate environments. He was formerly Executive Director Global Quality at Tenneco and also held quality oversight roles at Harman/Becker Automotive, Inergy Automotive Systems and Petkus.
Steffen holds a Diploma for Engineering and Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Cooperative Education, Eisenach in Germany.
China/APAC President
Zhou joined Punch Powertrain in 2022 as General Manager BU CVT China and in early 2023, took on the role of China/APAC President. In this role, he will be leading company’s China/APAC business and operations.
He has gained broad experience in the field of purchasing management, quality management, cost reduction and customer satisfaction with strong knowledge of transmission technology. Before joining Punch Powertrain, he served as the General Manager of Zhejiang Hongji Intelligent Control, where he established and implemented company’s market strategy and business development goals successfully. After starting his career as the Purchasing Leader at Geely Transmission, Zhou also held senior position with Zhejiang Wanliyang for a brief period.
Zhou holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Geely University of China.
Chief Information Officer
Matt joined Punch Powertrain in 2023 as Chief Information Officer. His objectives are leading and strengthening company’s global IT team, infrastructures and operations, aligning them to serving our organizational goals and building an infrastructure to facilitate collaboration in an agile way. He will also focus on accelerating the ongoing digital transformation, through application of cutting edge software and processes.
Matt brings invaluable insights and expertise in business digitalisation and innovation, organisational transformation, IT strategy, and execution of complex IT projects. Matt joins Punch Powertrain from Toyota, where he was heading Toyota’s EV and energy strategy and Innovated to maximise value of EV and energy grid integration. During his stint with Toyota, Matt also served at various leadership positions such as Global Project General Manager, European Director of Information Technology & Digital and General Manager- Corporate Planning. Earlier Matt worked as at Textron Automotive.
Matt holds a BSci. Honours in Computer Science from University of Birmingham, UK and has completed Executive Management Programs in Business Practices , Production System and Global Leadership Development.

Terence 在重新設計財務職能以支持業務需求方面擁有良好的業績記錄。 加入邦奇動力總成前,他曾在日本 Envision AESC Group 擔任財務執行副總裁一職,工作職責是推動收購財務流程,實現順利的跨業務整合。 在此之前,Terence 的職業生涯始於 3M 的金融分析師職位,曾在江森自控、李爾、德爾福和伊頓擔任高級財務職位。
Terence 擁有韋伯斯特大學工商管理碩士學位,並完成了中歐國際工商學院和密歇根羅斯商學院的行政管理課程。
行業總監
Hans 自 2021 年起擔任邦奇動力 DT1 業務負責人和行業總監。 作為 DT1 部門的負責人,他的工作是推動我們的 DCT 產品在印度和全球其他市場實現增長。
在飛利浦及其子公司工作期間,Hans 在創新能力和項目管理方面表現不俗。 他曾擔任 Philips Innovation Services 的生產系統和技術經理以及 Philips Lightning 的區域發展經理。任職期間,他的團隊成功將多款電子、照明和汽車行業產品推入市場。
Hans 擁有魯汶大學電氣工程碩士學位,以及麻省理工學院斯隆管理學院關於推動戰略創新的研究生文憑。
业务发展副总裁
Thierry 於 2020 年加入邦奇動力,擔任亞太地區總裁。 2023 年,Thierry 被任命為業務發展副總裁。在職期間,他的目標是發展我們的業務,擴大市場份額,將亞太地區的活動範圍擴大至新的產品類別,即混動和電動汽車。
他在亞洲擁有汽車行業管理層領導經驗,特別是在中國。 加入邦奇動力前,Thierry 曾在中國的华晨雷诺擔任首席執行官,负责监督其产品质量转型。 他此前曾擔任好孩子集團首席運營官和佛吉亚公司中國區總經理,以及其他歐洲領導崗位。

中国/亚太区总裁
周天禹先生于2022年加入邦奇动力,担任CVT中国区总经理,并于2023年初担任中国/亚太地区总裁。在此职位上,他将领导公司的中国/亚太地区业务和经营。
他在採購管理、質量管理、降低成本和客戶滿意度等領域積累了豐富的經驗,並且對傳動技術有著深刻了解。 在加入邦奇動力前,他曾擔任浙江鴻吉智能控制有限公司總經理,他成功地制定了公司的市場戰略和並實現了業務發展目標。 在吉利變速器開始其採購負責人的職業生涯後,周還曾在浙江万里揚擔任過短暫的高級職位。
周先生擁有中國吉利大學工商管理學士學位。
首席信息官
Matt 於 2023 年加入邦奇動力,擔任首席信息官。 他的目標是領導和加強公司的全球 IT 團隊、基礎設施和運營,使他們服務於我們的組織目標,並構建基礎設施以促進敏捷協作。 他還將專注於通過應用尖端軟件和流程來加速數位化轉型進程。
Matt 在業務數位化和創新、組織轉型、IT 戰略和復雜 IT 項目的執行方面帶來了寶貴的見解和專長。 Matt 從豐田加入邦奇動力,此前他負責豐田的電動汽車和能源戰略,以及通過創新使電動汽車和能源電網整合的價值最大化。 在豐田任職期間,Matt 還擔任過各種領導職務,例如全球項目總經理、歐洲信息技術和數位總監以及企業規劃總經理。 此前,Matt 曾在 Textron Automotive 工作。
Matt 擁有理學學士學位。 英國伯明翰大學計算機科學榮譽學位,並完成了商業實踐、生產系統和全球領導力發展方面的行政管理課程。
