Compact 48V inverter for mild-hybrid and electric applications, built on Discrete MOSFET technology. Available in water-cooled and air-cooled variants, the IV1 fits demanding integration environments including those with severe space and thermal constraints.

The water-cooled variant operates at ambient temperatures up to 120°C and coolant temperatures up to 70°C. At 210 x 170 x 35mm and 2.3kg, it fits even the most constrained underhood layouts.

The air-cooled variant removes the liquid cooling dependency entirely — no coolant lines, no pump, no additional thermal management components. This simplifies the overall system architecture, reduces integration cost, and makes the IV1 viable for platforms where liquid cooling infrastructure is unavailable or adds unnecessary complexity. Both variants share the same 6-phase topology, voltage range, power module technology, and AutoSAR 4.2.2 software platform — so OEMs can switch between configurations without redesigning the software integration.

Target Applications

The IV1 targets 48V mild-hybrid architectures across passenger car, LCV, and two-wheeler platforms. It is suited for belt-starter-generator (BSG) and e-motor integration in P0, P2, and P4 drivetrain positions where space constraints and thermal conditions demand a compact, rugged inverter solution.
