Flexible 400V inverter based on proven IGBT Power Module technology, scalable up to 150kW. The core structure adapts to OEM-specific mechanical constraints, making it suited for passenger car and commercial vehicle hybrid and EV platforms.
From single motor drive to 4-in-1 integration. One flexible 400V platform that adapts to your architecture.
The single configuration delivers up to 150kW peak power with 500 Arms peak current. Its adaptable core structure fits multiple integration environments and is compatible with future generations of Si dies and power modules.
The 3rd generation 150kW variant extends the platform to a 120–200kW power range for commercial vehicle and passenger car applications. It achieves efficiency greater than 98.5% through variable carrier frequency, DPWM, and overmodulation control algorithms — with switching loss optimised at hardware level. EMC performance reaches CISPR 25 Class 3, and power density reaches 30.7kW/kg at 6.5kg and 353 x 297 x 98mm. Functional safety is ASIL-C with ASIL-D capability.
Target Applications
The IV3 is suited for full hybrid, PHEV, and BEV eAxle applications across passenger car and commercial vehicle platforms. The single configuration targets standalone motor drive and eAxle integration. The 3rd generation 150kW extends the range to higher power commercial vehicle requirements.
