800V SiC high-power inverter delivering up to 600kW, developed from Formula 1 and Formula E experience. Available in single and dual configurations with a scalable design that adapts to application power requirements.
Racing-proven SiC technology. Up to 600kW. Built for the next generation of high-performance electric drivetrains.
The single configuration delivers up to 600kW with 750 Arms peak phase current. At 445 x 338 x 89mm and 12kg, it combines high power density with a compact footprint suited to premium eAxle integration.
The dual configuration extends the same SiC platform to higher combined output power for performance and multi-motor applications. Both configurations share the same AutoSAR 4.2.2 software platform, SiC hardware architecture, and functional safety stack — meaning OEM software teams integrate once and scale across single and dual variants without redesign. The IV5 is also compatible with future generations of SiC dies, protecting the OEM’s long-term platform investment as semiconductor technology evolves.
Target Applications
The IV5 targets 800V premium BEV platforms, high-performance eAxle systems, performance vehicle applications, and heavy-duty vehicle platforms. Optional TCU, VCU, and X-in-1 integration extend its applicability to complex multi-function drivetrain architectures.

What makes our IV5 different
Racing-proven SiC
Developed from Formula 1 and Formula E experience — SiC technology validated under the most demanding performance and reliability conditions before reaching production.
High power, compact package
Up to 600kW from a 12kg unit. SiC enables higher switching frequencies and lower switching losses than IGBT — resulting in a more compact, more efficient inverter at high power levels.
Future-ready platform
Compatible with future generations of SiC dies. OEMs invest once in the IV5 platform and gain a clear upgrade path as semiconductor technology evolves — without full hardware redesign.
